Q: 2000 Chevy Cobalt will start for about one maybe two seconds and then stalls out

Cracked the oil pan. Change the oil pan. After having the car code to the house. The car will start for about one maybe two seconds. And then stalls out. Do not hear the fuel pump kicking on.

My car has 90928 miles.
