03 330i, got car stuck in the mud here at the house one nite tried getting it put but ended up having to pull it, Temps have been anywhere from 20 to 5 degrees out.. Didn't get to spray the car off after getting it unstuck, drove the car that night. The next day I was moving car in driveway and ran over the cat and drove the car to the vet no problems.. Later that night started car and started driving car went into limp mode with the exclamation thingy beside the D on the dash panel... Wouldn't shift at anything over 2000 rpm... Got car home and had a obd reader read the car.. Code P1732 popped up.. Haven't replaced the error but been trying to reset car to get out of limp mode so far nothing has worked and I don't know what to do or what this might cost me to fix... PLZ help me fix this issue.. I figured it is something to do with being stuck in the mud.. O and Reverse works normally but the slap stick does nothing...

My car has 159888 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Code P1732 relates to the transmission control module not working properly, which is likely why the vehicle is in limp mode and will not shift properly. A faulty transmission control module may cause a delay in acceleration or erratic shifting of gears. The transmission control module has various sensors such as vehicle speed sensors, wheel speed sensors, throttle position sensors, turbine speed sensor, and transmission fluid temperature sensors that all direct information to it in order for it to perform it’s function. Other functions controlled by the TCM are components such as a kick down switch, traction control system, and cruise control module. Any of these may also affect the way the transmission control module performs and controls the transmission and the shifting of your vehicle. I would suggest having a professional from Your Mechanic come to your location to properly diagnose your transmission problem.

Oil cap is milky, but the dipstick isn't and the coolant isn't bubbling. Please advise.
