Angel was great! He was very courteous and professional, but what I truly appreciated the most was him taking the time to explain everything to me. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to diagnose the problem (due to time)but he did narrow it down to being an electrical problem; otherwise, I was very pleased with his knowledge of my vehicle.
