Couldn't of asked for a better experience! Originally I thought for sure it would cost me an arm & a leg for the huge convenience of a mechanic coming out to me. I was blown away when the quote came in at least $200+ than every place I was getting quoted. I was super skeptical, so I did my research on the company, saw very good reviews and A+ rating on BBB, so decided to move forward with using this site. My assigned mechanic was Godwin. Godwin had great communication with me, keeping me informed of his arrival time, even reached out to let me know he could arrive earlier than scheduled (if that worked for me). So we arranged an earlier time, he arrived at the exact time he stated he was going to. SUPER nice and when I say nice, I mean ANYONE who works in customer service should take a queue from him for his exceptional service. Changed my front brake pads and replaced roters all within an hour. Was done at my work, so when he was done he test drove & conveniently parked my car close to my work entrance. Suggested a few minor maintenance repairs needed but not at all pushy because I was a woman (and may not know about car repairs). Just simple suggested maintenance tips for the future. He gave me some awesome tips and things to know as future reference when it comes to my Toyota since he worked as a Lexus mechanic. He definitely knows his stuff!! I am SO HAPPY I found Your Mechanic.com, even happier I was assigned to Godwin & beyond pleased with the overall experience from start (when I booked online) to finish. Super rare for mechanic work. Great guy and a great mechanic. He was very clear with his diagnosis and what our options were, and informed us of some future needed maintenance. Best experience I have ever had with a car repair! He even cleaned up a bit of the engine area.
