Emmette arrived ahead of time and was very professional and courteous; I was very impressed. I would definitely give business to Emmette again and recommend him to friends and colleagues. What a Find yourmechanic was and I was skeptical at first but I'm definitely sold on it now. This saved me half the cost of going to a dealer, plus I would have had to have the truck towed as it was not drivable but the mechanic came to me and saved me money!!! That's a WIN WIN all the way around. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, (wish I could give 4.5 on this one but your site doesn't give that option), is because I read the recommended services report and I fully agree with all the recommended services options needed for my vehicle. But, it would have been so nice if Emmette would have told me these things face to face as we spoke briefly; then I would have been prepared for the report but at least I know and I will definitely be requesting Emmette to get these other services done ASAP. I'm the customer that loves full disclosure up front.
