Mr. Tesfay was courteous and a gentleman. He quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended a much needed oil change, rather than the noise that I mainly complained about. Oil change was not due until another 3,000 miles, but on account of a leak, my car was almost out of oil. I would probably have saved more money by taking my car to a gas station for an oil change, but I feel more confident that Your Mechanic is able to provide a more accurate diagnosis at the comfort of my home.
