Quirky start, was rescheduled twice. Zoey in customer service was very professional on the phone with me. I expressed my irritation with the additional cost to my service quote. As a loyal employee should, she backed the companies reasons for the increase. Still not satisfied with her answers I asked her to see what management could do for me. Came back on the phone and said they would honor the original quote. Thanked me for my patience several times, and said Al would be out next day. Al arrived ahead of promised time, was professional, personable, and did a great job!
As an owner of a Service Company I understand that things aren't always going to go as planned. It's how your people respond. Zoey is a keeper. Great customer service skills. Al is a great field tech. Wish this company all the best as they grow. Got their priorities right. Like I tell me employees. "We fix the customer"!!!
