Casey was very friendly communicative and helpful. While doing the oil change, he gave me several tips on doing the oil change at home myself and explained every steps. He gave me a call before his departure to let me know that he has left the place, but due to the traffic he arrived at my office 45 mins later to the appointment time. It would have been nice if I had some heads up about it before I called him 5 mins after the appointment time to see where he was at. During the call he let me know that he'd get to my office in 20 min, and arrived 40 min after that call. Well, I guess to be fair there was bad traffic and he had left his place 40 min prior to the appointment time and the office building was a little bit tricky to find. Anyways, after his arrival the oil change was completed in timely manner and overall everything else was very satisfactory.

Punctual with arrival time. He did not provide any feedback on the 50-point inspection other than what was written in the report, thus I didn't have opportunity to ask more details into some items to better understand the possible issue.
