Doug did a great job for me. He was on time and did a thorough inspection. He explained things to me in terms I could understand. Doug pointed out items that needed to be fixed on the vehicle which was a good tool in negotiating the price with the seller. It was a big relief having a knowledgeable experience mechanic looking the car over for me. My anxiety disappeared.
