Mr Ward was actually earlier than our scheduled time. He did the job in a reasonable amount of time. Explained what he did and what else I need to do in the future. My car is driving fine as this is a few days later. Couldnt be happier as like most, I read reviews and a little skeptical. Will definitely use Mr Ward in the future!
Arturo was very professional and courteous. He is extremely knowledgeable. My aunt had taken her jeep to several mechanic shops and none of them could tell her the issues. Arturo had them figured out within an hour. Will use him again in the future.

Jose was kind enough to take my appointment when the machanic I booked was unable to come. He was two hours early and I almost missed him because I was out but I got home just in time. Normally being that early for an appointment would not have worked for me as my time is planned out but I understand that he wasn't supposed to be working that day so probably wanted to get it over with. He worked efficiently and well.
Everything worked out, he was very professional and taught me a thing or two also. I will request his service in the future. Thanks again, Keith.
