Christopher was awesome. He showed up early. Was extremely professional. Made the repair expeditiously and had some good suggestions. I had never heard of Your Mechanic before today. I was extremely pleased with the company, the concept, and particularly Christopher.

Christopher was very professional and courteous. I was scheduled for a 3:00 appointment, but he contacted me to let me know that he had an opening at 7 AM. I was very appreciative of the earlier service. He performed an inspection of the vehicle and made no attempt to upsell. There was a need to replace the brake caliper on the driver side in addition to the brake service. He showed me the damage and all I was charged for was the part and a significant savings on labor. The price was quite reasonable for the service. The convenience of having a house call for my auto repair is priceless. I would definitely recommend Christopher.

I do need Christopher to rexam the oil change he performed , the car is leaking oil now onto my garage floor I noticed it yesterday. Upon his next visit can you have him to make sure everything pertaining to the work he did was tightened up. We expect some small amount leakage but we are talking about having to wipe it . Thanks

My schedule had been too crazy to take my car to be maintained. Chris worked with me to get it done. When he came, my schedule dictates that I cut our appointment short. He worked so fast and efficiently, I was able to make my next appt on time with peace of mind that my car was safe!

Awesome experience!! Chris was great!! I was extremely satisfied with his service. I would recommend him to family and friends. Besides delivering a new battery and installing it, He checked all the fluid levels, checked the tire pressure and made sure all the the malfunction lights went away. I was not able to get an apt with my regular mechanic so I did some internet searching and found this company. Like everyone these days I was skeptical and afraid to let a stranger come to my home, but when I was assigned a mechanic, who turned out to be Christopher, I noticed on the site that there were pictures/profiles of who would show up. Christopher came, thought maybe it was a starter or battery issue, and removed both, took them to Auto Zone to have them tested and found they were both good. I was afraid he was going to tell me he was puzzled and just leave, but he stayed and figured it out. There was some connection issues with the starter and voila! The car started. He was nice, kept in constant communication of what he was doing and I am happy with my service.

Christopher came out today to my condo in Tampa Florida and replaced the valve cover gaskets on my 2002 Toyota 4Runner SR5. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of Automotive Repair very friendly polite courteous and went into full detail about my vehicle what it needed and what I didn't need. He is also very honest I was going to have a tune-up with spark plugs and wires but he took them out while he was replacing my valve cover gaskets and said there's no need to replace the spark plug wires whoever owned the car previously already did it and no need to replace the spark plugs they were like new, that even save me even more money. He also looked at my timing belt and said I have about another 20,000 miles before it snaps and to have it done before that I plan to have him come back in 8 weeks to do that too I request him every time for my 4Runner he is also very punctual he was here right on time and I would definitely recommend Christopher for your Automotive needs at your mechanic.com I'm going to tell all my friends and co-workers about your mechanic.com and about my experience with mr. Sorry but I must admit I had a great deal of anxiety about this service. Like many people, I am skeptical about all things related to cars - dealers & 'repair shops' in particular. However, my impression at this point is that this is a great service. I didn't feel as if I was being "taken for the proverbial ride". Christopher seemed to be both thorough & knowlegeable. He addressed the 'obvious' problem and didn't recommend expensive repairs. I'll follow up as needed.Feel free to use my comments on YELP
