Andrew is the deal! He arrived early, finished early, and was more involved than any mechanic I ever worked with. He did a full inspection of the vehicle afterwards and suggested items that would need replacing, but didn't push for any overselling at all. In Texas, we call genuine folks "good people", and that he is. Pricing was very competitive and I supplied the parts, making this very affordable. I put a lot of miles on my car for work and have the craziest schedule; this site accommodates and I will be seeing Andrew again in the near future for all my repairs and maintenance.

Mike was beyond helpful and informational. I had another mechanic work on the brakes and didn't advise me the calipers were (or were going) bad. Within minutes, Mike was able to pin point the issue. He holds a Master Mechanic license and you don't pay extra for that, as you would at a local shop. You get reasonable pricing, great service, and a honest feedback. I'm requesting him here on out and I'm confident anyone else will be just as pleased. The only negative comment will be the admin team, and not Mike. You can't get through by phone; I've called for 3 services for about a total of 20 and every time had to wait for their dispatch system. They also have the Silicon Valley attitude, much like Uber and any other app-driven company in Cali. The mechanics make the service pleasant, not the convenience of the app or the admin team. If you can work around that and pray you don't have to do follow up requests, then it does beat dealing with local mechanics. And request Mike!!!!!
