I was very pleased with Muneerahs customer service skills are awesome. She’s very prompt , communicative and knows her stuff it’s just the office workers don’t communicate well they don’t update the customer and or mechanics well or make sure that parts or tools needed are with the mechanic sent I’ve been trying to get my car worked on for over a month and it’s continuously being rescheduled.

I had a great experience with Juan being that he is very knowledgeable at what he does. He was able to do my oil/filter change and replace my front brake pads all in the same appointment.
