On time, very friendly, and very fast. He replaced my water pump on my truck and did it faster than I expected. Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem I was having (my fault for misdiagnosing the problem), but he was able to give advice on what the problem was and next steps to fix it. This was my first time using Your Mechanic and I was skeptical at first, but after hiring them I would definitely be calling them again.
