Juan came out twice, once to diagnose the problem and then a couple of days later to service my car. Although I was thinking that the problem with my car was something more serious (and expensive) he was quickly able to diagnose the real problem, which was much cheaper to fix than what I was anticipating to pay. It took him an hour and now everything is working beautifully again. This is a really great service ... I'll be using it again the next time I need my car serviced.
