Robert arrived on time at the specified location and time went right to work. He was friendly and polite throughout the process, even with me watching every step of the process and asking questions nearly the whole time. He gave me some advice on other concerns I had with my Forester and was quite knowledgeable. The process was painless and took less time than quoted. If I could rate him higher, I would!

Fantastic - will be calling him next time - thx ------- The only thing I'll say is that I asked about painting the part and I never heard back on that. Turns out, no paint. However however - Robert gave me great advice on the painting part - I think that when your software gives a quote, it should break down what will and what won't happen. It wasn't any big deal, as Robert is such a good guy -------

I couldn’t be happier with how professional and efficient Colby was. He diagnosed the problem, picked up a new battery and replaced the old one, and did a quick inspection for any other issues in just an hour — and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Colby for any car repairs.

Lots of noise on startup, car isn’t a morning person

Head gaskets failed how likely is it to happen again?
Answered by Tom
Hello! Thank you for writing in with this question. The design of the “boxer” engine makes for a high probability of head gasket problems. Coolant and oil drainage isn’t like typical “V” or inline style engines, so coolant and oil...
