I scheduled Juan to fix the front driver side CV axle, which was severely leaking grease, and he took care of it much sooner than I expected. This is not my first time working with Juan and like before he was extremely capable, understanding, and very professional from the moment he arrived up until he left. He even takes extra time to explain things one might not fully understand about their car, or how important a specific part is to the overall efficiency of your vehicle. He's the kind of person that you wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend to a friend, family, or even to a complete stranger looking for a great mechanic.

I made an appointment with Juan to change out my power steering pump on my 2006 Acura TL and have no issues with the service at all. He showed up on time, very professional and easy to talk to, and skipped the technical jargon many mechanics use, so I clearly understood what was going on at all times. He replaced the P/S pump within an hour and even went over some of the issues he saw with my car that will need to be replaced soon, and he also showed me some parts that are on their last leg before needing to be replaced. Overall, great experience dealing with Juan and another good experience dealing with YourMechanic!

Having an inoperative heated seat is not out of the ordinary. Most times the heater grid in the seat goes bad. Generally this happens over time just due to the fact that getting in and out of the seat flexes...
Water pump might be bad. Car has coolant leak.
Answered by Robert
Hi there. Coolant can leak from a number of different spots on your vehicle. If the coolant is steadily leaking while the engine is running, then it is typically the water pump. If not then it can be the radiator,...
Battery and starter problems, car won't start even after replacing battery and starter.
Answered by Andrew
I would check the fuses for the starter relay. You may have a blown fuse for the starter. I would have YourMechanic come and diagnose the starting problem further (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/car-is-not-starting-inspection).
Can only shift gears while car is off.

Being unable to shift your car while it is running can be a real problem if you need to get around! While there are several components involved with moving your shifter into gear, there is actually an easy and common...
