Even though he was late getting to me that's fine because he cares about the people he is helping. At first I thought he's late and will he come out I was just about to call the company but he called and said he is a little behind with the customer and is finishing up. To me I was very happy that he called and let me tell you my truck put up a fight with him but finally Walter won the battle and my truck is back up and running again.
