The best experience i have ever had with a Mechanic. My Mechanic of 3 years had my car for 4 days and he couldn't fix my coolant leak he said the problem looked costly and he needed to hold the car to find out the parts and the price but Attila came over found the leak immediately and fixed it under 30 minutes. Attila arrived on time. He was clear about the timeframe and the work that would be done. To be honest, we didn't expect the service to be so good. He was efficient and waited around afterwards to let us test drive the car. Afterwards he noted some issues that we could consider having done, but didn't pressure us. Miguel is very professional mechanic. He called me in advance about his coming. He brought the quality parts (brakes pads and rotors) and done his job quickly and of great quality. I tested the brakes after the replacement and they were efficient and very silent. I would recommend him very much.

When he arrived I asked him if he had the scan tool to register/code the battery. He told me no scan tool was necessary I immediately called customer service they advised me I would need to make another appointment with a mechanic that had the proper scan tool. I gave the phone to the mechanic he and customer service agreed he would complete the install and try to code with a scan tool he had not Audi specific. When completed the alarm would not shut off eventually he fixed that and said he manually coded 1 key and said he couldn't encode the other, now the convertible top dose not work, traction control light on as well the top these were not an issue before the new battery was installed. When I got the estimate the details explained that some batteries of German auto makers need them to be coded, I have installed dozens of batteries in my life time, I chose to have Your Mechanic do the battery installation because I dint have the proper scan tool and.
