I was beyond happy with the service provided by John and Yourmechanic Repair Services. John was prompt, very accommodating, and quite fast. It took him just about an hour from the moment he got to my apartment to completing the repair. This was my first time using Yourmechanic services and I couldn't have been more pleased. In addition John showed me my old part and clearly explained the issue with the repair and defective part, he also gave me several options to address other items associated with that repair. No sooner than my getting back upstairs to my apartment I texted several family members and friends about YourMechanic services recommending them to all of my closest friends and family.
