Very polite, thorough and patient. He explained exactly what he was doing and his findings at the end of the inspection. Was hoping problem could be fixed in one day, but that wasn't the case. Due to repairs required (fuel pump replacement) and timing on when it could be repaired, I ended up going to a local repair shop.

Jose was great! He really took the time to show me things and to help m purchase a car. I don’t know a thing about cars but with the advice and experience that Jose gave me I felt very confident on buying the car at a right price and I would not have done that without Jose. I had such a great experience with Jose, he was amazing.

SERVICE

Starter

AMOUNT PAID

$258.45
by Todd from Vacaville, CA 95687

Great experience for me. David arrived early, introduced himself, and after a brief conversation told to go relax and got to work. I didn’t have to call around for part prices. The price was less than shops I called and I didn’t have to pay to tow my vehicle to shop or any diagnostic fee. Excellent service I will both use again and recommend to others.

SERVICE

Brake Pads

AMOUNT PAID

$167.59
by George from American Canyon, CA 94503

David showed up on time and was really friendly. He got to work right away and completed in a reasonable amount of time. He replaced he rear brake shoes and pads, but informed me that he would also have to replace the drums as well, on a different day, which makes sense, because the last time i touched the rear brakes was in 2010. I'll submit another rating after the job is complete. but so far so good. Thanks David.

Answers to common Dodge questions

Q: Headlights go out randomly, will come back on after
Answered by Derek
As silly as it sounds, the issue is most likely caused by an intermittent failure in your Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). Of course it’s important to have the circuit and connections checked, but the TIPM is the most common...
Q: Tie rod broke, scared to drive truck now
Answered by Derek
The failure was most likely caused by water intrusion. Dodge has released customer satisfaction letter L04 that outlines the issue that you have experienced. The letter states that vehicles shipped to cold weather climates allow water ingression; thus causing wear...
Q: Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
Q: Truck stalls out when driving
Answered by Derek
Stalling issues can be not only dangerous but nerve racking, as they can be often hard to predict. There are many possible causes, and to help the technicians narrow down the cause, it is recommended to track the time, temperature...
