I booked an appointment with YourMechanic to have the rear brakes on my 2003 Toyota changed and they sent Carlos. Not only did I get a competitive rate but Carlos, the mechanic who did the job, was great. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, was thorough in his work and after the new brake pads were installed, we drove the car around the block to make sure the brakes were working as they should. He also did the requisite exam of the car, e.g. checking the fluid levels, and did it with thoroughness and explained his findings. For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, I appreciated his willingness to take the time to explain things and to answer my questions. Great job, Carlos!
