Richard was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and he cleaned off all the corrosion has the result of having a battery that was leaking. He cleaned everything under the hood which looks like its new. Richards work ethics is off the chart. This was my first time using this type of service and Richard made it a pleasant experience. I will definitely use Richard again to work on my car. All I can say is job well done.
