Alex was great. He called and came early which was better for me. He showed me everything that he was doing and we determined that I needed a different part in addition to just the cv axle that I requested. Alex was here a little early which was a good thing. Replaced battery, checked voltage. Mentioned I could have over charged battery by using my charger which is only used when car isn't driven in winter. Alex was a friendly person, did good work.
