Will a v6 Chevy fuel injector fit in a 2.2 4 cylinder

The fuel injectors in a V6 versus a 4 cylinder motor will look the same and may even fit, but the orifice size of the tips may be different. Injectors have different size flow rates of how much fuel they will flow. If the injectors are stamped with the same part number then they are interchangeable. If the part number is different then they are not the same.
