What types of CDs are supported by the audio system?

There are lots of different CD types out there, and while your radio does support many types, it doesn’t support them all. Here’s what you should know about the supported CD types for your radio:

  1. CD-R and CD-RW for audio use

  2. CD-R and CD-RW discs with closed recordings

  3. Standard, round CDs

  4. Only standard sized discs (no mini CDs)

  5. MP3 and WMA files are supported, but not all versions or formats are

  6. Do not use dual disc or dual layer discs in your car
