Q: What kind of oil should I use, being that I have a lot of miles on it

asked by on

What kind of oil should I put in 07 avalon, has alot of miles, 200,000. And also what kind of antifreeze?? Thx

My car has 201000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

You should only use 5w20w motor oil and Toyota long life antifreeze in this car. Just because the engine has high miles you should not change any of the recommended fluids for the vehicle.
