Q: Synthetic oil brand

asked by on May 17, 2017

Hello,

What brand and type of synthetic oil would you plan to use for my 1999 BMW E36 M3 Estoril 3.2L?

Greetings, Enrico

My car has 165000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

We would use Castrol 5w30 oil. The vehicle does recommend full synthetic but it is not required. You would have to request the full synthetic Castrol 5w30 or the standard Castrol 5w30 oil. If you special request a different oil then call customer service.
