Q: Rough start and power loss

I replaced my MAF and my Intake tube. The truck has been need 3-5 cranks for about 5 seconds a piece to start to turn over and then die a few more times before staying running but then has huge power lose and cant even take off in soft dirt it struggles and seems like its not getting fuel or something. While starting though you can hear it gasp for air before giving up on the first few starts. I did run it out of gas last summer but she's been sitting in my yard for 1 month now. I'm lost and dont know what else to do
