Q: Power lock won't lock or unlock doors

The driver's side power lock will not lock or unlock doors.

Hello. If your locks are working with all of the other buttons and not the buttons on the main switch, then the problem is typically the master switch assembly itself. I would typically take the door panel off and test the power supply to the switch and then check the outputs of the switch. I would get assistance from a certified mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, to replace the door switch and inspect other electrical components that may be damaged.
