Q: peterbilt cummins isx engine. tps issue
im working on an 08 peterbilt with the cummins isx engine. has an AMBER check engine light. reading for the tps having high voltage. i replaced it, light still on. truck also shakes a lot more at idle since this light has came on. i checked the voltage and compared it to another truck. all wires had the same voltage from being shut off, to started, to pressing the peddle up and down. all reading the exact same. but in the past i cleared this light and before the truck was started the light came back on. scanner said 122 occurences this test. could there be a sensor on the engine that needs replaced. i read around and some are saying they have wireing harness issues, but thats a huge job for not being certain. thanks for the help
