One side of the car lifts up, but the other side doesn't.
Does your vehicle have air suspension? An air leak in an air suspension is the only explanation for one side lifting up and the other not that I can think off. I would recommend that you ask for help from a certified mechanic to inspect the suspension of your car to see if there are any problems.
