Okay, can you explain the noise a little. Does it sound like a loose belt type of noise?

You know when kids will crush soda cans and put them on their bike tires and ride around with them. That's the closest I can explain the sound it's making now

I really wish I would hear it. Is the check engine light on? Before the repairs did everything work as it should had.

Is it possible to call? And I was driving it down the interstate and it just up and died. So I thought the alternator went out. And the battery died. So I replaced the alternator.I can say this. Whatever the sound is. It was making the car shake really bad.

I can't find a video. But I can definitely smell something burning.I just sent another video hopefully it'll come through.I traced it down to a knocking noise in the engine. Ok yea that's definitely internal to the engine. Sounds the like the valves tapping. How long have you owned the car?

I've had it for 2 daysI just looked up the recalls. And it says there's a recall for the 2012 Kia Optima years 11-14 on their engines.

Wow that is unfortunate. I doubt the recall would cover your vehicle due to the age.

Yes, I was able to pull it up and it does appear your car is covered under the recall. Please see the attachment. Your issue could have been caused by this for sure.
