Q: I have a 2014 328i. It has recently been in the BMW service department 4 times for the same issues. they can't seem to fix it.

I am having jerky acceleration and my vehicle have been in the service centers 4 times. And, they can't seem to pin the problem. When they put it on the OBD they get all green lights (nothing bad). Is there something that won't show on the read-out. Please help, I am at my wits end. Thanks.
