You can easily mute a call on the HandsFreeLink® (HFL) system built into your Accord. This is a handy feature if you need to speak with one of your passengers, but don’t want the person on the call to be part of the conversation. To mute a call, just follow these steps:
Press the talk button and say, “mute”.
When you’re done, just press the button again and repeat “mute”.
