Hello, my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* I will be glad to assist you with this problem. I see where you said you charged the battery several times, but have you had the battery tested? There are two different tests that need to be done to make sure you have a good battery. One is called the state of charge test and the other is called the state of health test. The state of charge test basically makes sure the battery has at least 12.6 volts in it. The state of health test makes sure the battery can continue to hold those volts and the proper amps under a load. If the battery is more than two years old, it is very possible that it won't pass the state of health test. Considering your symptoms, I suggest that you either replace the battery or have it thoroughly tested. Even with a new alternator, the alternator itself may not be enough to keep the engine running. You also may have problems with the wiring from the battery to the main fuse box under the hood. But you should start with a new battery and make sure the cable ends are perfectly clean and dry.

The battery was new at the end of December. So I'm pretty sure it's goodWhat to check next

Since the vehicle is stalling or dying out after only a few minutes of running, that indicates that there is either a major loss of power into the main fuse box, or a major loss of ground from the engine. Either way, this will require some extensive electrical testing and visual inspection. I would still get the battery tested, even though it is relatively new. Just to be sure it is okay. Being absolutely sure is better than being pretty sure.
