Q: Car wont start

I have replaced the fuel pump and water pump and fan shroud went to start the vehicle and would not start. Replaced the relays for the ignition and for the fuel pump and still not starting and I'm not getting battery voltage to the igention control module and I do not know why after replace the relay. Need help

My car has 170000 miles.
