Be sure you have a fully charged battery that passes a load test. Once you have a confirmed good battery, if the starter motor is not functioning that means the starter circuit, or the starter motor itself, is faulty. To distinguish between the two and get your car running properly, the recommended service to request is a no start diagnostic. If you have further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to re-contact YourMechanic as we are always here to help you.
