There are several parts that when they fail, will cause the engine to stall and not restart. The crankshaft position sensor, ignition control, module, and the fuel pump. The first two will set trouble codes in the computer to aid in diagnostics. Some basic checks like checking the fuel pressure, spark, and injector pulse can narrow it further. I would recommend having a certified mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, inspect your stalling issue and determine what repairs are needed.
