Hi there. In order to help you diagnose this issue, knowing your cars year, make and model would be very helpful. In general however, when this type of issue occurs, it is due to an alternator that has failed, or a component within the charging system that is not functioning. An exposed electrical wire can also create this type of electrical component craziness. You might want to have a professional mechanic complete an electrical problems inspection.
