When you switch the car on does the pressures move?
Have you already verified that the compressor is getting power?

The compressor is running. Can hear the engine slightly load when the ac button is pressed.
The Ford Fairlane uses the Oriface tube setup.

Okay, Do looking at the gauge with the compressor running. What readings do you get?

I as assisting you the other day and was wondering if you still needed assistance?
If so, Can you tell me if the pressures fluctuate any when the compressor is turned on?
If they do not, The issue is likely the compressor is bad and needs to be replaced.
If they do, Then I agree with the orifice tube being the possible cause.
