James was very helpful. My son told me his brakes were grinding and pulling so I thought it was the front brakes. James shows up and determines it's the back disc that are worn and grinding he went and got the correct parts and replaced the back brakes.

Marcus is awesome! He was on time, very thorough, and super fast! He inspected the vehicle after he finished changing my brake pads and provided me a list of his recommendations and things that may need repair soon.
