2nd time working with Chris. He was professional, prepared, and highly knowledgeable. Chris took the time to listen to the noise, hook up his high-level scan tool, and provide details regarding what my card needed. My only regret is not having YourMechanic and Chris back in the 1990's! If you need a trustworthy expert mechanic, Chris is your guy.

Chris was very conscientious about arriving on time, he ran into some traffic but kept me informed on his arrival time. The car of course started when he got there, but he check under the hood and explained the chip in the key which was probably the problem. He is going to try and get me a credit since the car started and gave me a coupon discount. I was thinking about why a mechanic can't come to the car as I prepared to call AAA for a tow when I found this web sight. I think it's a great idea and will use again in the future.

Manuel is very professional. This is my first time using Your Mechanic, and I loved the experience. It is nice to be able to get things done around the house instead of sitting in a lobby while the mechanic works on your car. Great job, Manuel!

Manuel arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with my headlight - and was able to replace the defective headlight in a very efficient manner. I would recommend Manuel any time, if you need to have your car checked out, repaired, either at your residence or at work.
