It is super convenient for me, I definitely saved money and time!!! THIS IS REVOLUTIONARY!! Emanuel called ahead of time to validate the problem and the fix I requested. He came to our appointment ahead of time, explained the issue and educated me on what he was doing in detail while I was watching. He demonstrated a high level of integrity I rarely experienced in the car-repair industry by recommending NOT to replace the drive belt I already agreed to replace while making appointment, since upon his inspection the drive belt is in excellent condition. That saved me money. After he successfully replaced the alternator, he also checked my brakes and transmission fluid and recommended future services. He is very knowledgable, friendly, professional, trustworthy. We became good friends after the service!
