I like that he was actually able to show up a couple of hours early. He text me if it was ok for him to show up sooner. I hadno problem with that. He was there about 15 minutes later. He diagnosed my problem and text me a detailed estimate. I would use him again if there is a problem stumping me or I need a professional dIagnosis.
