I have a BMW and John is excellent and really one of the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. He will be the one I trust in the future with all my BMWs needs. He patiently explains everything and is very honest

Very knowledgable and friendly. Explained everything that he was doing and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend having John work on your car!

All's well that ends well - that's all I can say. YourMechanic.com is a new concept and fairly good. After some initial glitches, my car was repaired and seems to be working as of now. Some of the things I would like to point out: 1. Parts did not arrive in time for the first appointment. 2. The second time they did come but communication from YourMechanic could have been better. 3. The repair was done well.

Whitney was professional and timely. He fixed the issue, explained what he was doing and took care of everything fast. I was leaving town early the next morning and really appreciated being able to get my car into the garage and know that it would be in working order when I got back.

The best thing to do is to have your cooling system checked to find the cause of the broken tube. The system may have other issues that would need addressed at the same time. That being the case, I recommend...
Need to replace thermostat or thermostat.
Answered by Carlos
I would agree with that mechanic, but it could also be low on coolant. I would check the level make sure its full, and then start it up, have a certified mechanic such as one from YourMechanic, feel the upper...
Cost for parts replacement and oil change.
Answered by Robert
For this type of work the cost will vary tremendously depending on where you have it fixed. Parts prices and hourly rates will vary depending on the shop. The one thing that does not change is the time it takes...
Warning lights while driving
Answered by Rocco
There can be a lot of things that could cause all of your warning lights (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/what-does-it-mean-when-the-dashboard-warning-lights-blink) to come on. Low battery voltage loves to reek havoc on any electrical systems and a low charging alternator would be the simplest repair....
