Richard arrived as expected and was extremely friendly and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and thoroughly walked me through exactly what it meant and how it would be fixed! It was such a pleasant experience, and the process was so easy!! I highly recommend Richard and will be asking for him in the future for sure!

Water Pump

by Gerald from Tampa, FL 33647

Richard is the man. I initially contacted your mechanic for my water pump and thermostat replacement. Autozone supplied the wrong part. Richard came back out another day after hours at no additional cost and completed the job swiftly. Astute Professional and I would love to use him next time I need a repair.

Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
