I was so nervous and as any girl knows, it was daunting. Nick was cool, calm & knowledgeable in what my car needed. He amazingly found a small part of a hose hanging out in my car that the last mechanic forgot to reattach which caused reduction in power to my engine/check engine light. So happy & relieved.
