Deane was friendly & helpful. By mistake, I'd requested front brake pads replaced when it was the back brake pads that were worn down. Deane cheerfully returned to the store to get the correct parts & returned after another appt to finish the job. I rate him highly.

Deane was on time, friendly and hard working. He explained about the alternator and the battery that he repaired and made recommendations for next steps. He double checked the tightening of the lug nuts on the tire as well. Can’t beat that for a mechanic!
