Ariel was great. Did work quickly and gave recommendations for needed work. He was here to perform 90k mile service, unfortunately didn't have air filter to replace my old one. Also didn't need to do tire rotation due to two worn rear tires. Not his decision, but there should have been an adjustment to the labor and parts cost since it cut his time in half and he wasn't given one of the parts needed.

Jonathan was incredibly professional, personable, knowledgeable and provided exactly the type of service anyone would expect, EXCELLENT! In today's fast paced world, it is awesome to see someone like Jonathan take his time and be very nice and personable about the entire engagement.
